Driving back from a long day of interviews and meetings today, I got off the Interstate and took the highway so I could enjoy a bit more of the view. The drive in the morning was totally socked in with snow (and not to mention I was focused on just staying on the road) but the afternoon turned into a beautiful sunshine day.
This bridge and the one next to it no longer in use were lovely in the sunshine. They pass over the Big Hole River, which is a legendary fishing stream. Today the river was covered in ice and snow except in the middle channel.
The mountains were snowy and the sky was blue. A great way to spend an hour in the car.
